Facing Madrid’s Royal Palace and the picturesque Sabatini Gardens, Principe Pío is located just off Madrid’s Plaza de España Square. It offers air-conditioned elegant rooms and free WiFi throughout. The location is not too far from the center, not too traffic and quiet at night. Easy to access by taxi, car, and bus (bus stop in front of the hotel). The hotel is surrounded by many good cafes, restaurants, shops (ZARA), and the park in front of the hotel (one of the tourist attractions). The staffs is very helpful and speak fluently in English. Further, the room is clean and bigger than many hotel I stayed before, of course, with fair price.

With views of the Royal Palace, Meliá Princesa is a hotel located in Madrid, 8 minutes’ walk from Plaza España and Gran Via. It offers a gym. Free WiFi is offered throughout the property. Very comfortable rooms. Really liked the closet set up that could be accessed via the bathroom or hallway. Also the towel warmers, heated floors, and bidet in the bathroom were excellent!
