This modern hotel is next to the Ocean Terminal shopping centre and the Royal Yacht Britannia. It has paid onsite parking, air-conditioned rooms and regular buses to the city centre stop outside. The staff was incredibly friendly and they went out of their way to help us in everything they could. Way to go!!

1.5 km from Edinburgh Waverley station, On The Walk is situated in Edinburgh and provides free WiFi and express check-in and check-out. I was delighted to find that the location was right on the main bus lines. The security is phenomenal. As promised the room was small, but new, with an upscale contemporary bathroom. Management immediately responsive! Great!!!!!

Park View Hotel is situated only 2 km from Edinburgh and easily accessible by frequent buses. This Victorian town house overlooks the famous Leith Links park. I was particularly impressed by the staff, especially the manager, who went out of their way to assist and organize everything for our trip. Recognizing it was our first visit to Scotland, the manager kindly provided me with valuable travel information and recommendations for sightseeing, which was an unexpected and excellent touch. Furthermore, while visibly busy cleaning and organizing a room, one helpful lady noticed me wandering in the car park and actively offered assistance in finding the entrance. She even went above and beyond by inquiring about my room number and personally guiding me to its location within the building. Finally, the manager's proactive message the next morning, checking in on my comfort during my stay, confirmed their genuine commitment to exceptional customer care. When I requested a kettle replacement, they promptly delivered a brand new one to my room on the same day, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment.

This boutique hotel sits on the banks of the Forth in Leith, and boasts a state-of-the art gym, free parking and a stylish bar. Edinburgh city centre is just 10 minutes’ drive away. Amazing staff, facilities and rooms. I will definitely be returning asap.

Located in Edinburgh, 2.9 km from Portobello Beach, Park View Rooms provides accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. I expected one room, but in fact there were two - which was great unexpected bonus for a family of 5. You need to go through the bathroom to get to the second room, but that was fine for us. Good accommodation for this price during Christmas. 35-minute walk to the city centre and beautiful park nearby.

Very well-equipped apartment. Exactly as shown in the pictures. The beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

The place is well furnished with such a cosy vibe. Just across the street, there are some amazing restaurants and store for fresh seafood where I could buy and cook my own dishes. Also there is ASDA in a walking distance. Plus a few steps to the bus station could get me to the heart of Edinburgh city. The tram station is a few minutes away if walking. Truly amazing place to stay! The host was super supportive and responsive with well thought way to support during the stay. I accidentally locked the door with the key inside the house. The host picked up my call so fast with instant well managed way for me to get spare key to get in the house.

In the Leith district of Edinburgh, close to Edinburgh Playhouse, Apartment 2 bath free parking has a terrace and a washing machine. The property was impeccable, I would have given more than 10, if it was possible. The interior decoration is meticulously designed, and the cleanliness was spot on, it felt like we were the first ones to enter the property. The location is also near to the city centre. The place is perfect for a family or a group of friends. Would like to stay in this property again If I ever revisit the city.
