We loved the apartment and the area! We were able to get the keys easily from the lock box and our entire stay was great. The place was a quick walk to the train station and a ton of bus stops around for wherever we wanted to go. Inside the apartment was lovely - beds were comfy, rooms were nice. Everything seemed super clean as well!

We loved the Location of Byam Shaw House close to the tube and shops . It was very well equipped and had a lovely touches, chocs , fresh fruit bread etc. spacious and a courtyard. It suited us perfectly.

Situated in the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea, only 5 minutes from Holland Park and High Street Kensington, the hotel consists of a pair of Victorian houses which have retained many period... The hotel was at a nice location and we enjoyed the old English atmosphere of the house. The room was very clean and warm. Super comfy beds - like sleeping on a cloud! (We also liked Hetty, the vacuum cleaner).

A warm and cosy appartement with everything you need. Vicenzo was very helpful, always reachable. He gave us good tips - thanks for the cacciari's tip, lovely restaurant!!! The apparment was in a nice neighbourhood, not far from the city centre. Very good beds also!

The location is perfect,nice neighborhood,the flat was very clean,the kitchen well equipped,the host Ben was very kind and helpful for any our quest.Very peaceful and safe area,we had a great stay with our kids.
