I love the Firmdale chain but I hadn't stayed here before. It exceeded my expectations. My room was spotless, the service was excellent and the location was ideal - very centrally located but in a quiet, peaceful street so you got the best of both worlds.

To start, the staff were amazing, made me very relaxed and comfortable, i wish i could remember names to thank them all here!, when checking in i was allowed to the room at 11:50am, something i did not expect at all.. the Hotel's location is super amazing, its 200m away from HARRODS and 200m away fro the HYDE PARK!

This boutique luxury townhouse sits in a quiet, leafy cul-de-sac, a few minutes’ walk from Harrods. The staff are amazing and very friendly. Helped me to go to the pharmacy when I was sick.
