I also love the in-room decor using the Penguin Classics books - such a fun design choice. Hotel is off a quiet street, literal steps away from the tube station and Portobello Road. Food and drink are excellent and the staff is very attentive and friendly. Can’t wait to visit again next time I’m in London!

Excellent location. stone's throw from tube. Staff very helpful and friendly. Nice bathroom. Best of all, for such a central location and the room being above a busy pub, our room (number 1) was very quiet.

This 18th-century Victorian building has a superb central location in Notting Hill. The famous Portobello Road and market are around 15 minutes’ walk away. Excellent location clean / comfortable room / excellent breakfast … only downside was the tv didn’t work! definitely be back again

The location of the apartment is fantastic. Near loads of shops, including a lovely independent coffee shop within a minute walk. Central to bus lines, close to trains, and off the main street (which means little traffic). The apartment itself was impeccably clean, and it had all we needed for our stay. The beds are comfortable, the shower had great water pressure, and the kitchen/lounge area was a money saver as we were able to cook meals. Highly recommend!
