Everything at the Hotel was perfect and excellent. Staff were very polite & very accommodating. Food was excellent. Ambience was very good. Room was very clean & bright. I enjoyed my stay. The Airconditons were very cooling good. The Security was very tight. They had too many staff to assist us. I would definitely rate it as the best hotel in New Delhi. Porters also came immediately when called. Toilets were very well equipped with everything. We were also checked In & Out very fast. Very little waiting time.

By an accident we booked our stay for 2024 and the stuff was very helpful and accomodated us the same night but a year earlier 🙈😁 They are very polite, helful and supportive. We really enjoyed our stay. Ps: we didnt cancel our booking for 2024 as we may come again.
