The staff are extremely helpful and friendly, they really go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The room was beautiful with a nice balcony.

From the gorgeous room looking out onto the canal to the warmth of all of the staff who went the extra mile, and the beautiful breakfast spread -- we were spoilt!! Cannot wait until our return!!

Very close to the centre and the channels, good ratio prize and quality, very kind staff. Excellent cappucino for breakfast.
