The room was good and comfortable with air conditioner. The staff was very friendly and helpful and guided all the directions of train station and places to visit. The breakfast was very good. It takes roughly half an hour to reach the centre from bus to the nearest station and take the train.

I've managed to work from my room with comfort for the first 3 days, used the gym facilities which were a life saver and whenever I needed to go out felt safe coming back - staff was absolutely wonderful, thank you so much for making my birthday so special and my first time visiting Milan so wonderful!
