My husband and I checked in the Hotel for his birthday on the 2nd August...upon entering the hotel the smell was fresh, the ambience peaceful. The front desk staff we interacted with both upon check in and in the night Natasha, Joel and Deji-Ann were extremely helpful in not just the hotel facilities but things to do and places to visit in Jamaica...💯💯💯💯 Let us talk about the dinning room/kitchen staff Georgia,,,her kind, warm and bubbly personality was so intoxicating it blew us away...she was not just sweet but helpful and effective/timely in her service to us...Thank you again Georgia...There are some things that can't be learnt and other things is just natural...Georgia is natural😇🤗💯💯💯 Overall we will definitely recommend!!! From the exterior of the property as well as the interior. The staff were warm and welcoming. They were also accommodating and respectful.

Liked the service from all staff,but especially Richard and jody at breakfast. All areas were clean and tidy. Loved the landscaping of the gardens. The playing of music in all areas made it welcoming. It made it pleasant to sit in the lobby area. Liked most things an excellent hotel.
