Attractively set in Osaka, Zentis Osaka features air-conditioned rooms, a fitness centre, free WiFi and a garden. This 5-star hotel offers a shared lounge and a 24-hour front desk. Hotel rooms are of good size, well designed, had lots of storage, beds were soft and comfortable, and basic amenities were provided. Staff were nice and friendly, and even helped us book a transfer to Kansai International Airport. Lounge was gorgeous, the restaurant breakfast was delicious, and there was even a gym and common space for guests to hang (although we didn't get to use the gym and common space anymore). Hotel is also around an 8 - 10 minute walk to Osaka Station and there's a Family Mart and McDonald's just around the corner.

Ideally situated in Osaka, Hotel Noum OSAKA features air-conditioned rooms, a restaurant, free WiFi and a bar. The staffs are very nice and professional. They speak English so no worries if you don't know Japanese. The room is clean and comfortable. It may not be a big hotel, but it has everything you need. Great experience here for me

Situated along the Okawa River renowned for beautiful cherry blossoms, Imperial Hotel Osaka is a prestigious 5-star hotel with elegant guest rooms, a fitness centre and various fine dining options. Loved the stay !!! Rooms were v nice , staff was v courteous and helpful . Enjoyed the walk in front of the hotel . The swimming pool and bath facilities were v nice as well. Best place to stay in Osaka in my opinion especially during cherry blossom .

Great 5 star hotel, some part of this hotel might look dated, yet the service is superb. The room size is great as per Japanese standard. In general, we had a great stay. The location can be more centred, but we don’t care a few extra minutes walk after a good meal.

Attractively situated in the Osaka Station, Umeda, Yodoyabashi, Hommachi district of Osaka, Villa Fontaine Grand Osaka Umeda is situated 400 metres from Taiyū-ji Temple, 300 metres from Hokai-ji... The people made us feel so welcome. They helped us locate our lost luggage due to the earthquake and having to reroute our trip. The onsen was devine and so needed! Thank you!

Well located in the centre of Osaka, APA Hotel & Resort Osaka Umeda-eki Tower provides air-conditioned rooms, a terrace, free WiFi and a restaurant. Super clean tidy glitzy and fun. It’s an experience from walking through the doors into the foyer with chandelairs and mirrored surfaces. Staff very friendly. Checkin easy and smooth. Family room was a good size, plenty of room for moving around, suitcases etc. Convenience store Lawsons on the 4th floor along with the hot pools. Hot pools are great. Plenty of washing stations, pools are clean large and hot. Pool with fresh air is great. TV in the room shows hotel info including how busy the hot pools are. Great amenities, and robes to wear to the hot pools. Rooftop swimming pool would be amazing in summer. It’s a bit of a walk, 10mins, from Umeda station but flat and very interesting sights shops and restaurants on the way. We had a great stay !!
