I liked everything from the start. The receptionists where amaizing and very helpful, same to security and waiters and waitresses... In general the Hotel stuff are the best. Am thankful to Yvonne with her patience when I checked in and I had issues with my card. And she also gave me an early offer which I could not resist. I would recommend to anyone who wants to come to Nairobi for leisure or business especially in CBD to come here. And the Sarit Centre being 5mins walk made lots of things easier and safe too. The breakfast is good too. Thank you!

Location, comfort, hotel cleanliness. Maureen went above and beyond in her service and made us very welcome and the security team was also very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, spacious, well equipped and the toilet was as well. Breakfast was great with variety and great coffee, tea, fresh juices and baked goodies.

Fantastic hotel, wonderful staff, excellent breakfast, clean rooms. We celebrated Valentine on the rooftop terrace with live music and a 7-course meal. Good value for money!
