Saheed is a very important resourceful person helping with advice of reasonable price tour bookings to going shopping or even having a haircut. Mohammed on reception is perfect to welcome you and get your laundry sorted to even getting good nice clean smelling taxi and taxi drivers. The hotel location is perfect right in the best street Hamra of Beirut. The Food hub full of different eateries that are open almost until 2 am is just 10-15 steps away and of course the area is lively and full of shopping options. I loved the vibe of the place. The staff are very friendly, the location is top , in the middle of the city so everything you need is around you, the room was big, clean and comfortable. We loved it, definitely going there again.

Situated in central Beirut in the lively Hamra Street, Serenada Golden Palace Hotel offers modern rooms with satellite TV. Its rooftop pool features scenic views of the city. The staff was super helpful and service minded. We were upgraded to a bigger room which was lovely. The breakfast could have had more fruit and vegetables but other than that, the stay was great and so was the location! Would definitely stay again!
