Everything was great, I had an issue with my booking, and Rosanne and Shirney from reception did an amazing job sorting it out. It was a pleasure dealing with them. The premises are new and clean, pool area and the garden are excellent. Very good value for money compared to other properties around the same area.

Really great little hotel - close to all the action in bukit bintang. 7 minutes walk to the main mall, lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Excellent location. Rooms were very clean and spacious, and nice and quiet. Bed was AWESOME - very large and comfortable. Staff were helpful and helped us with our bags and getting a taxi. Very happy

It was connected to the mall with one of the most beautiful christmas decor in Malaysia or even in the world. The staffs were so respectful and nice! Amazing time!.
