He has a smile and time for everyone and makes the hotel feel like a family. certainly a reason to book this hotel again. The staff make you feel totally safe in the middle of the city and their knowledge and recommendations were excellent.

Brilliant location, the hotel is only basic but it is clean and has everything you need and it is such good value for the price!
