The lively St. Location was convenient for getting around the city as well as getting out of the city. It is well positioned for visiting the Royal Albatross Centre and Penguins on the headland. The supermarket was nearby. Parking was simple, safe and right outside the door. Magazines available to borrow from Reception that were new, clean & current. Bed comfy & plenty of hot water. Kitchen facilities very complete too--equipment and dining area

Situated in Dunedin, near Saint Kilda Beach and Saint Clair Beach, Luxurious Home Close to Beach is a recently renovated property, featuring free WiFi, a garden and terrace. The bathroom was spotless and spacious, and the shower was the best of our 2 weeks of travel on the south island. The availability of a washing/drying machine was very much appreciated!
