Boasting a terrace, a restaurant as well as a bar, São Vicente Alfama Hotel by TRIUS Hotels is situated in the centre of Lisbon, less than 1 km from Miradouro da Senhora do Monte. The Hotel was very comfortable, bed was very so cosy, the place was very clean, staff were more than helpful, polite, they couldn't do enough for you. The staff went out of their way to accommodate you, d gave directions to places, order taxi for you, even booked out fit to fly Covid test.So helpful! Excellent staff, management super efficient and very friendly. Breakfast was lovely, and great choice of food, hot and cold. Good touches in the bedroom for example cotton pads, cotton buds, which is something you always forget when going on holiday. The location was great, 15 minute walk into the city or by tram. Will definitely recommend hotel to family and friends. Will definitely return to the same hotel. Myself and partner stayed for 6 nights, 7 days. We were both very pleased with the hotel, service, food, location.

Attractively set in Lisbon, Pousada Alfama features a buffet breakfast and free WiFi throughout the property. This 4-star hotel offers a 24-hour front desk and a concierge service. The hotel is located within walking distance from some very important historical landmarks (the Lisbon Cathedral, Saint George's Castle, the National Pantheon, the Rua Augusta Arch, etc.) and quite close to the main Rossio square. You have quite a lot of restaurants nearby, although transportation around Alfama (other than a couple of trams, including the historical 28E, and a bus to the castle) is relatively scarce. However, it wasn't an issue to get around on foot. While the hotel is in a very touristic area, the rooms are very well soundproof and you won't be bothered by the noise on the busy streets around. I'd say the rooms are about the right size (not too big, not too small), really comfortable, squeaky clean and the breakfast at the hotel was very good (quite a lot of options). The welcome gift (custard tarts, Ginja liqueur and a hand painted tile) were a lovely detail. To top it all off, the personnel was incredibly kind and helpful. Every single one of them. I think it is the best hotel I've have stayed in so far! If you are planning to go to Lisbon, you can't go wrong with them.

Located in the historical neighbourhood of Alfama in Lisbon, the Hotel Convento do Salvador is just a 6-minute walk from the iconic São Jorge Castle, the Sé Cathedral and the National Pantheon. I needed a place to stay for two nights in Lisbon and I thought it would be fun to stay in Alfama, the oldest part of town. The pictures and reviews on booking.com were good, the price was right and I thought, OK lets give it a try. This three star hotel is housed in what was Lisbon’s oldest convent and it looked brand new. I found out later that the hotel was open in back in 2015. It was spotless , completely well-maintained amd Eugenia the front desk manager told me that they are absolute fanatics about maintenance. The furnishings in the lobby were colorful and modern. The staff were smiling, caring and thorough. At checkin, you are seated at the desk while everything is explained, from the wifi codes, different for every room, to the breakfast, a small hot and cold buffet with self service coffee machines. The room was quiet and spotless, the linens crisp snd cool, air conditioning perfectly functioning, the shower modern with pump dispensers for soap and shampoo. Towels were abundant and very large. The mini fridge was empty so you could use it to store your own food and beverages. The complimentary water was served in a lovely sealed glass bottle. The water inside was excellent Lisbon tap water and I was encouraged to refill the bottle from the tap. This hotel was an ex convent and is owned by a foundation that pours its profits back into projects to aid children. They sell a calendar by a local artist illustrator onsite. I cannot say enough about this little haven if peace in Alfama. The 50 steps you have to walk from your taxi are more than repaid in genuine hospitality. Eugenia and the team, well done!

Spotlessly clean and perfectly equipped. Had everything we needed, nespresso machine was a bonus. Great touches with slippers and wine and pastries on arrival. Fantastic communication and the location was superb. Couldn’t fault it.

In the Santa Maria Maior district of Lisbon, close to St. George's Castle, Miradouro de Santa Luzia has free WiFi and a washing machine. The host was extremely friendly and flexible, and communication was excellent.

Located in the centre of Lisbon, 1.1 km from Commerce Square and 800 metres from St. George's Castle, Lisbon Best Choice Prime Apartments Alfama offers free WiFi and air conditioning. The location was great. Staff were friendly and very helpful. We liked the apartment. It was cozy and suited our needs well. The next time we are in Lisbon we will stay here again.

Alfama Apartments Services offers accommodation within 2 km of the centre of Lisbon, with free WiFi, and a kitchenette with a dishwasher, a microwave and a fridge. The apt was clean and comfortable and the daily service was a bonus . Great location close to restaurants and major attractions. Host was welcoming and supportive. Would recommend and would return .

Featuring city views, Top Alfama Appartment features accommodation with a balcony, around 1.2 km from Rossio. A real feel of the old town living! The apartment is in the heart of Alfama, a few minutes away from the Sé de Lisboa and Miradouro de Santa Luzia (great view over the city and the river!) and a walking distance to Praça do Comércio. The apartment is nicely decorated, comfy, and has all the needed amenities. There's a small grocery store not far from the house. We enjoyed our stay in Lisbon!
