We loved our room - it was on the 7th floor and it had a wonderful seaview of Patong City/bay. There is a large balcony with a bathtub on it - at first we thought it's strange, but it was very nice to enjoy a nice bath with bath-salts and a cocktail - you have more than enough privacy from the nearby buildings + you have a shower in the bathroom. The on-site kitchenette is useful if you want to eat breakfast on the balcony and enjoy the wonderful views, but you will probably only not use it as much as you think - there are plenty of options to eat nearby. The staff was always very helpful. If you want to pay by card when you arrive, there is a small CC payment fee which you'll have to cover - it's due to local banking rules, but you can always bring enough cash to pay + there are a lot of ATMs / exchange offices.

The room had a huge widescreen TV with a great range of channels in different languages. We found the location to be perfect, less than 15 min walk to the beach and plenty of lovely restaurants and a convenience store just moments away.
