The apartment was large with a full kitchen and all the utensils. The aircon was great and the beds were extremely comfortable. The washing machine was a bit confusing to work out but once we did the drying function was very convenient. The staff were amazing and Sara was very friendly and helpful. The pool area was lovely and the water temperature was perfect.

The hotel is new, personnel extremely welcoming, the room was big, super cleaned, bright and with balcony and sea view. Huge outstanding spa facilities, with heated pools. The location was good for us, since we are not seeking for super shopping and bazaars. The beautiful Florya Mall with Aquarium is 10 min. by taxi drive.

The most friendly and supportive staff! The place was clean and the pool was bigger than the pictures. My family and I enjoyed our stay. I will definitely recommend this place!

The 5-star Hyatt Regency Istanbul Atakoy is ideally situated in the residential area of Atakoy, offering rooms with panoramic views of the city and the Marmara Sea. Great as always. My third stay in this hotel. Great breakfast. Hotel has great facilities.

Situated within walking distance to Bakirkoy Square, the recently renovated Mercure İstanbul Bakırköy Hotel offers air-conditioned rooms with a flat-screen TV. This was my second time, staying in Mercure hotel... Everything was perfect, the stuff , people who work on reception are so kind and friendly. Room is comfortable and clean, its 10 of 10 ! Excellent service and staff each one of them were so so kind. clean room complimentary water coffee and tea everyday. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. free and fast internet we had netflix in the room kids were very happy about it. supermarket was just next to our hotel as well as so many shops 5 mints walk distance to shopping malls and train stations. Sadhnam and Huda was soo helpful. thank you so much. will definitely come back.
