WOW WOW WOW. 1st time ever we experienced such a level of hospitality. Malik and his time just provided the most friendly/professionals service we ever experienced throughout our travels. We were given a number to call "any time" we would get lost or/and need assistance, with the assurance the hotel will pick us up, any place/any time. It never ever happened before. They helped us to plan every day: if you need to see something specific they will arrange it, if you need to buy something specific they will help you, if you need a ride/trip/taxi they will arrange it. They even arranged the best private guide we ever had. The hotel itself, best we of Blue Mosque, walking distance to Sultanahmet square, Ayasofya, Topkapi palace, Grand Bazaar, Spice Bazaar and many more. The room was quiet and super clean, breakfast nice and fresh. Malik and team: thank you for an unforgettable Istanbul experience, and creating our home in Istanbul, away from home.

The hotel itself is at a great location. Most of the historic landmarks and tourist places are under 10 minutes walk. Overall, it was a great location. The rooms were nice and clean with enough space for everything. The free wifi/internet is good for basic internet jobs. Last but most important, staff was really helpful. Both the reception managers plus the support staff were really helpful, always smiling and happy to help with anything or everything. We will stay at the property again whenever we are Istanbul. Loved everything but most especially the staff. They were so kind and helpfull to answer my questions and help me with my stay. The pictures shown are exactly what you get.
