Whenever I come home to Chicago, the Ambassador reminds me why Chicago is so fabulous! The staff always goes our of their way to make my stay wonderful. I have severe allergies and they are so accommodating. The ambiance, the staff, everything, is amazing.

Shopping and dining on Michigan Avenue is 2 minutes’ walk away.... The view was fabulous and the walk-in shower was a dream. My room was an oasis after a long day. Alejandro at the front desk went above and beyond to secure me the perfect room for my stay.
