The staff were absolutely fantastic! I was travelling alone, but I felt like the team took me under their wing and made me feel really at home. Everyone on duty during my stay was AMAZING - I spent a lot of time talking to Emily and Emilio and they were just so wonderful. Give them all a raise!

Ideally set in the centre of Seattle, Level Seattle Downtown - South Lake Union features air-conditioned rooms, an outdoor swimming pool, free WiFi and a fitness centre. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. i had a delivery made to the hotel and it was safely kept by reception when i returned from work in the evening.
