From the minute we walked in we were welcomed with a warm greeting, a delicious welcome drink and the best staff. The room was amazing as I expected and the bed was so cozy. Breakfast in the morning is more than filling, the selection is beyond. We were there a few days before our wedding and the staff were incredible. They knew all the details and arranged so much for us. Their attention to detail and genuine care is really above and beyond. They treated my other guests just the same. I really worried about nothing during my time there. The location is perfect, east for others to stay close, a quick walk to old town but not so close that you hear the commotion. A beautiful window view to beat! A big thanks to Anne and her team, wish we could have stayed longer!

Very beautifully decorated room. Bathtub is huge. Breakfast with a good variety and is very tasty. Location perfect on the nearest outskirts of old town, quiet but convenient. A very worthy and comfortable stay.

I felt so safe here, it was a quick, easy and enjoyable walk to the centre and the room was so comfortable. The staff, in particular Kevin and My were absolutely incredible. They were so friendly and helpful and offered lots of tips for travel in Hoi An. This hotel really made my stay so memorable.

And we'll always remember the delicious lemony drink they greeted us with upon arrival, and various other times. Ms Kim, Sa, Salena and Thuy were gracious hosts, helping make sure every detail was perfect. Together with Ms Dzung they personalized the experience for us. The room was beautifully appointed with many of the comforts of home. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

I really liked everything about this hotel. 10 minute walk from the centre, so it was a quiet area. The room was big and very pretty. Breakfast was very nice because you can order it and everything is fresh and also you can order fresh juices. The front desk lady, Viet, was amazing! She was so professional and also very kind and friendly.

The hotel was spotless, and very much boutique feel. The rooms were beautiful and cosy, Aircon spot on keeping room at perfect temperature. This wasn't so much a hotel, it felt very much like home from home. The staff were amazing, all of them smiling, welcoming, attentive, nothing was too much trouble. Big shout out to Sophia, Chloe, Selena, and Sherry who went way beyond what would have been expected from staff members of the very best hotels. This hotel is among the best I have ever had the privalidge to stay at.

An absolute gem for the price! The location is great- it’s a 5 minute walk to the famous Night Market and a 10 minute walk into the centre of the Old Town, so plenty of options for restaraunts and bars all within walking distance. The people working there were incredibly lovely. The lady on reception was always sweet, greeted with a smile and was very helpful. When I got there she talked me through a map of the old town, including recommendations for things to do such as tailors, the beach and activities. I ended up booking the coconut boat and cookery course through the reception and this was incredible- cheaper than online and a great experience. The other lady was also very kind and friendly, always offering cold water and coffee. The rooms were nice, modern and clean and the pool was also clean and refreshing. If i’m ever in Hoi An again I would stay again in a heartbeat.
