Nice hotel with great facilities. We got a nice and spacious room with balcony. The hotel provided a free bicycle to roam around Ho-An and did all the travel bookings for us (including trip to Hoi-An show, Hue trip, trip to Bana hills, taxi bookings to and from airport etc.). The spa and gym was really good. Hotel is close to the river and Hoi-An old town. Overall we loved our the stay at La Charm!.

From the minute we walked in we were welcomed with a warm greeting, a delicious welcome drink and the best staff. The room was amazing as I expected and the bed was so cozy. Breakfast in the morning is more than filling, the selection is beyond. We were there a few days before our wedding and the staff were incredible. They knew all the details and arranged so much for us. Their attention to detail and genuine care is really above and beyond. They treated my other guests just the same. I really worried about nothing during my time there. The location is perfect, east for others to stay close, a quick walk to old town but not so close that you hear the commotion. A beautiful window view to beat! A big thanks to Anne and her team, wish we could have stayed longer!

The best part about this hotel is the incredible personal service you will get. Kevin made our experience so memorable. He was helpful regarding every aspect of our stay. From suggesting what we should do around town, to making sure we had a comfortable stay, he took care of us. He helped arrange tours and cars for us at very reasonable prices. I was really enjoying my time there.

The hotel was spotless, and very much boutique feel. The rooms were beautiful and cosy, Aircon spot on keeping room at perfect temperature. This wasn't so much a hotel, it felt very much like home from home. The staff were amazing, all of them smiling, welcoming, attentive, nothing was too much trouble. Big shout out to Sophia, Chloe, Selena, and Sherry who went way beyond what would have been expected from staff members of the very best hotels. This hotel is among the best I have ever had the privalidge to stay at.

Besides great location, food and cleanliness, the staff is the nicest and most helpful you will find. They go way beyond their duties to help you. They booked a bus for me, helped me get my pic taken for a visa on a holiday, assisted me all the way. Can't thank them enough. Will definitely come back! Would give 11 stars if possible.
