I lived in many countries and am a seasoned traveler. This was probably the most spacious room I've ever stayed in. The room is large, has big glass doors opening onto the ocean with an open plan en suite bathroom. It is modern and well maintained. The way the facilities are laid out in the room shows somebody paid attention to detail. For example, the towels are right where you need them at the basin, not somewhere over there. 10/10 for this facility. I will stay there again in a heartbeat. We were held up by traffic and was running late for a wedding. The staff checked us in in two seconds and helped us with whatever we needed to get ready soon.

Very nice property in a residential neighborhood. Close to beaches and walking paths. Owner was very helpful with what to see and where to go. He genuinely wanted us to enjoy our stay and SA as a whole. I’d come back here for sure.

This luxurious guest house, situated in Hermanus on the Cape Whale Coast, boasts panoramic views of Grotto Beach and offers guests great whale-watching opportunities. We had a private cozy 2 bedroom apartment which was clean and well maintained. Wilma, the hostess, was lovely and so helpful. As the whale watching tours were cancelled due to the weather conditions, she guided us to the viewpoint where we could see several whales from Shore. I will definitely recommend the property.
