The staff was so kind. I would definitely recommend RElaxed City Living! Everything was neat and clean when we arrived. Most importantly the place was exactly like the pictures.

Hacklewood Hill is a Victorian manor house in Port Elizabeth with individually decorated rooms and a large garden. The room and facilities exceeded our expectations. The restaurant provides dinner so we did not have to go out. The English breakfast was sufficient and well presented. The hotel and grounds are laid out with old-world character and charm. Secure off-road parking.

Excellent staff and homely feel to the rooms. They went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable during our stay.

Everything was excellent House was clean, there were a lot of things which helped us. The interior is very cool also. Secure parking spot, nice location (restaurants are very close, shops also)
