After 3 years, this is my second time in this magnificent location, as always a true spectacle! Stepping through the entrance is like stepping into a time machine and when you leave the city skyline behind, you find yourself immersed in a wonderful "era" where you are welcomed as always, with the utmost care. We had the pleasure of staying in the new area, beautifully designed with the same charm and comfort. I would still like to personally thank the Director Mr. Fabio Marigliano and all the Staff of The Chedi Al Baiat, for giving us, as always, the utmost welcome and that extra something that convinced us to come back here! We had a really nice time at Moon Retreat! Our experience was fantastic from the moment we booked the room. Their team messaged us right away, sharing which activities were available, food packages we could pre order, how to get there etc. When we arrived at the retreat, Arslan and Hasnat showed us the property and took us to our dome. They were extremely helpful. We ordered the burger pre-set, which was delicious. They provided us with all the ingredients to grill and prepare our burgers. Around 8pm there was an outdoor movie night as well as a telescope for stargazing. It was incredible to see the moon, jupiter and saturn so close. Our dome was very comfortable. Large bed, hot shower, and air conditioner. The private pool is heated and the temperature can be adjusted to the guest’s preference. We were afraid it would be too hot since it’s october, but there’s a cool mountain breeze at night which makes it perfect, very pleasant to spend time outside. Breakfast the next morning was great too. We really enjoyed their do-it-yourself concept and the privacy that comes with it.

To All Travels coming to UAE especially in the Sharjah area, I would like to let everyone know that this apartment is exceptional in all aspects from the location, cleanliness, comfort, facilities, price, and the list goes on and on. To top it all off, the Host was truly one of a kind. The Host made me feel so comfortable that I felt I was in my own home. The Host was extremely professional from start to finish and in between. I travel all over the world staying in Hotels and Apartments but really this Host and this property is one of my best experiences I have experienced. Do not hesitate and book this property if you are looking for a home away from home with the best Hospitality and superb location. I would rate this 5 start by far!!!!

The location and facilities were wonderful and with nice design. The best part are the staff Aaliya, Wai Wai and Fatima who were beyond kind and helpful! They always have a smile on their faces and would make sure everything is taken care off!

I definitely got value for my money staying at Crystal. The staff were all so very friendly and helpful. Check-in was super easy all over the process was smooth. plenty of parking space. The rooms were clean, but can be better. The hotel and the decor is a bit old-fashioned, but that did not bother us at all. We liked it very much for one day

Great stay. Staff are very helpful and accommodating. The facilities are 5*. Great gym, pool lounge area and the play area with swimming had lifeguards on duty. The restaurant is great for meetings or if you are a bit lazy to cook. I highly recommend and will be back!
