Great hotel! Big swimming pool that was not too busy. Very friendly staff, also in the restaurant and coffee bar. Spacious rooms and excellent beds. We decided to check out a day early because of the wildfires (lots of smoke) and were not even charged for the unused night - very nice!

The staff was available 24/7 and very helpful, ask them anything. There is plenty of storage in the rooms and bathroom would be great for a longer term stay. Free access kitchen in the floor and a small fitness facility. Rooms have great noise suppression at Nechako residence. Couldn't hear any children or families in the hallways when they were there.

Children friendly, there’s a outside pool with a decent size sand area with the lake view, so not only the adults can relax but also the kids can have fun too. The staffs are super friendly and helpful. The room was clean, one reason I chooses this hotel, no carpets in the rooms.
