Spent a night at the St. Regis in celebration of my partner’s birthday and my experience felt like home. The staff were extremely welcoming which made the check in/out process easy. The cleanliness of the room was amazing; I loved the details and design of the guest room we stayed in, in addition to the lovely downtown Toronto view. Not only this but the butler team at the St. Regis is exceptionally great. Sherick, went above and beyond my expectations, which made my experience even better. Moreover, the service we received at the Iridium SPA and at Louix Louis was wonderful, I recommend the breakfast at this restaurant.

The property is a small detached house with two levels which are completely separate (and are rented separately). We rented the upper space (the other one being the basement). It was clean and tidy. The nearby amenities were ample though we didn't use these as we had a car and could drive to check out other places. The road outside is good and not noisy at all. There is wifi available in the property though again I didn't use it. There is on road as well as off road parking. The beds were nice and comfortable. The kitchen has a fridge & freezer and a dish washer. In summary, it was a lovely stay and the staff were accessible if needed. We didn't run into any problems so didn't have much contact with them.
