Lake Placid Lodge is a fantastic place to stay, close to the lifts but in Creekside away from the village. We've stayed there before but the particular unit we stayed in (217) was above and beyond. New appliances, a lovely window seat, a fantastic closet organizer, plenty of lighting.... Check in was seamless. My daughter slept on the pull out couch and said it was the comfiest she's slept on.

We made the breakfast in the kitchen in most of days of stay. We went to a crepe restaurant and it is a little priced. We spent $150 for my family, which consists of me and my husband and 3 kids.

The condo layout was good. There was plenty of room for 4 adults and two young children. The kitchen was reasonably well equipped for a short stay. The beds were comfortable. The kids wanted to come back again. They loved the loft with the bunk bed and spiral staircase, as well as the outdoor heated pool and hot tub. The location is central to lots of non skiing activities and restaurant options.

We were so pleased with our accomodation. So much space for a family of 4. Our apartment was on the front and had upstairs downstairs so we could put the kids to bed and still watch a movie downstairs. The kitchen had everything we needed to make a nice meal and the bus service was great with a stop right out front. Hot tub and pool was a big bonus as well.

Great value for money! Location was excellent for our needs. We felt very safe. Easy check in and great value for parking. Great room size for my family of 5. I got no complaints from my kids regarding the wifi - so that must be good. The freezer and fridge was great - weather was hot so we needed cold water for our hikes and the freezer did not disappoint. Having an electric range to make eggs in the morning was great. The toaster and coffee maker were very useful too. Plenty of towels.
