Staff were lovely, and very dog friendly :). The decor is fantastic, very industrial and interesting while also being very warm and comfortable. Centrally located, with easy access to many of the best sights. We will stay here every time we are in Bilbao.

Since hotels in Bilbao are slightly expensive, this flat is really a good deal:) And it’s only 2 minute walk from the Santutxu station’s entrance and the apartment is equipped with an elevator, so the access is easy even for family with small children and strollers. As an extended family of 5 (including a 2 year-old) we stayed in two spacious interconnecting rooms. The restaurant was a perfect match to our needs. It seemed to be always open, had a great menu (with vegetarian options) and the servers were very kind and child-friendly. Breakfast was excellent. The onsite parking was very easy to access and use.
