Everything was clean, the apartment was spacious, pools were beautiful, food and drinks were great. The staff were so kind and helpful. Simona and Julio especially! Can't wait to be back.

The house was lovely and clean, nicely decorated and very well equipped. We loved the ice in the freezer, water bottle in the fridge, shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom, and even 1 dish washer tablet and 1 laundry detergent cube... Very thoughtful! It was really perfect for our family of 4. The salt water pool was a hit with the kids too! The check in and check out were seemless and well organised. Our host was in touch and super helpful. The neighbourhood was very quiet and peaceful, with a short walk to the coast with amazing views and in the other direction to a shop with all we needed.

The location was fantastic with a view of the Harbour and less than a 4 minute walk from a sandy beach. The apartment had everything we needed including beach mats & towels and there were staples like coffee, oil pasta etc. Toni even got me a hair diffuser on request. The balcony is huge with 2 tables and 2 sunloungers and was spacious enough so you could move tables and loungers to stay in the sun or roll out the electric awning for shade. Toni was in frequent contact checking if we needed anything.

We loved the breakfast, evening entertainment and location. The breakfast was varied, the entertainer Jose was really engaging with the children, so they loved it. There was also a kids park which was a nice space for the kids to play and meet other families. The location was excellent, right next to the harbour. Great food, always a wide selection, and poolside snack bar also fab for drinks, ice creams and a variety of hot/cold snacks on tap all day. Kid's entertainment and pool facilities excellent. All in all caters well for small children. Really clean. Our apartment was very modern.

The kids pool was ideal for playtime and kept the adults pool free for swimming and a more relaxing environment. The kids club/entertainment could not have been better Daniel, Andrei, Diana, Elena, Jesus and Carla were amazing with all the children, getting them involved and really making an effort to bond and give the children the best experience. Could not fault them at all!

Comunication from the property's management was excellent. 5 minutes walk to supermarket and 20 minutes to the marina. Pool fence great additional extra with the 2 kids.

The room was exactly what was on the reservation and was in great condition. In addition, the food and drinks were fairly good. I would also specifically recommend this hotel for families. I went with a friend and had a great time however, we did notice there are tons of planned activities and events for little kids and a family would have enjoyed their stay even more than we did.CarolinaGroup
