Spacious clean and very comfortable apartment. The public pool and the bar (drinks & food) were close and added to a thorough holiday experience. Our host Enrique was very welcoming and always at our disposal. We personally enjoyed the fact that beside the bath towels Enrique also provided pool towels a bucket + shovel for the kids to use in the sandy area at the bar.

A remote and tranquil location away from the hustle and bustle of Costa Teguise. There are lots of trails for hiking and biking with close proximity. The House is equipped with a small kitchen with everything you need to make simple meals.

We stayed in the lovely two bedroom Villa Ico for 4day visit in October 2021. Bianka, the owner, made sure our stay was trouble free. The Villa was spotlessly clean and well equipped with all the necessaries washing machine, dishwasher, oven & hob, an iron and board, hairdryer, a safe list goes on…. Bedrooms were large and spacious a king size double in one and large twin beds in the other. A single WC and a large bathroom with WC, bath/shower and twin basins. The lounge was large and comfortable inside dining and good sofa.. Flat screen TV with hdmi and good Wi-Fi . Outside there was a great bbq, very clean with all utensils. Outside Dining table and chairs and lots of place to sit and chill out in a beautiful well cared for garden, a relaxing place to sit and enjoy the Sun. The pool was clean and good for a dip after the beach. Not too deep so great for kids. The surrounding are was quiet. Just a few minutes walk there was a Spar supermarket that most things you need and a great wine selection and surprising good value. Loads of restaurants in the same area. Fantastic Tandoori to also inexpensive. The glorious beaches of Costa Tequise especially Playa de las Cucharas are about 15mins walk away or 5 mins by car. Would throughly recommend Villa Ico.

Lovely comfortable apartment. Perfect for a self catering stay. Easy access to the main part of town and beaches. Would easily go back.

Location very close to beach & 5 minute walk to square (centre) pool fab never too busy & wee bar for drinks also communal blow up loungers available, apartment south facing to poolwhichnis definitely a huge plus

The location was superb and the view from the balcony was exceptional. Facilities were great and the provision of additional towels and linen added to the experience. Apartment was ideal for two people and the area was very quiet which was great. The location was fine and it was a lovely stroll along the boardwalk into the main centre. Kitchen was very well equipped and we were very pleased with the level of cleanliness that we experienced when we arrived. Access and instructions for access first time were clear and simple to follow. Was looking to rebook in February but it was booked out which was a pity. Impressed by Lanzahost who are very impressive, have an office in the main centre and were very professional in helping us source accommodation in Costa Teguise in 2024

Everything. the apartment itself, location, facilities, neat and clean. it's just in front of the sea with amazing views from the terrace. Close to bars and supermarket but in a quiet area, so just perfect. The last thing to mention is the host Elise. Very professional, friendly, and available at all times, making our staying 10 out of 10
