The apartment was clean, the host replied quickly to messages about the arrival or departure time. The location quite convenient as the bus no 1 stops nearby and you could go with it either to the city center or the airport. As it was a city trip with friends, we did not spend much time in the apartment.

The entire team was so welcoming and caring. The living room and outdoor area was beautiful. They helped book restaurants, tours and gave recommendations for where to go. The breakfast is delicious, homemade, and we even had a chance to eat it on the rooftop terrace! The room itself was glamourous (we had the rooftop suite, and only thing to note is the shower is outside, which is kind of cool). Having the room to see the stars made it feel so cozy! Location was 10-15 minute walk from city center.

Friendly welcome when we entered the hotel and every time we saw someone who worked there. Large room for the area, loved the boutique feel of the hotel. Breakfast was amazing and I appreciated the gluten free chocolate bread!

It’s very close to the station. The staff was very friendly and professional. They let us get in the room early (11am instead of 3pm). The room was small but functional. The communal kitchen is very handy and kept clean. The washing machine and dryer is a plus. It’s very family friendly. There’s a little corner with tous for toddlers which my 2 year old son loved!

The property was very family friendly, a big downstairs area where the children could play pool, football or the piano. There was a pool onsite too, which was great for the children. The tram line outside took you straight into the city centre in about 15mins and is extremely cheap it use.

The position of the structure is central, the town is family-friendly and full of shops, restaurants and supermarkets. The structure is silent and comfortable. I suggest it to families.

All very much as described and expected. Pleasant and helpful staff. Basic additional facilities but that was to be expected as it isn’t a traditional hotel. Great base for families. Was pretty expensive for us as a family of five as we had to have 2 rooms. In reality I think we probably could have squeezed into one. (Children are still quite young)

Nice location to use as a starting point for exploration of the city. You can walk down the river which is very close. We had a family apartment which was just fine for us. Kids had to share sofa bed which is OK if they are not big teenagers. It has a little kitchen. Reception staff both spoke decent English.

I liked everything of our stay. We have a kid and we was really surprised about how much children and family friendly the hotel is. The rooms are very cosy and large and clean. Zero noises. The workers are very nice and they gave us many informations. We also loved to have the kitchen and common areas where we could cook and meet people. We really can’t wait to repeat!
