The property was very well maintained, clean with amenities like towels, bedding and a kitchen stocked cutlery to use. The view was exceptional and at midnight we could see the stars clearly and in the distance we sometime we saw small aeroplanes landing. Not to far away from Sandown town were you have the sandy beach and bars and restaurant. Highly recommend it, we will probably visit again.

We love this holiday park. It has a fab location near the beach and Bembridge, great facilities and beautiful surroundings. First time in a TriBeCa and it was wonderful. Like being in a hotel :). The host was responsive and thoughtful, leaving out mini sugars and coffee etc, as well as local area leaflets. The place was spotless. Can’t fault! Just note no access to jacuzzi, in case a bit selling point. Though there’s one in the indoor pool :)

It has decent sized bedrooms, two double where one has very large en-suite, and all nicely furnished and decorated. It has a large kitchen dinner and tiles/laminated floor throughout so easy to keep clean. It also has a very decent sized garden with patio area for the nicer weather and decent parking space too. Property had all towels and bedding and cleaning stuff so didn’t need to bring any of this with us which was really handy. The property is a short walk from the beach and very near some other lovely places to visit. There is a lot to do very near by. They also had a nice welcome gift of bottle of fizz and biscuits for our arrival which was a nice touch.

The caravan was lovely and clean and had everything you would need and have at home. It was great having a washing machine with the caravan when having children. Great communication with the owner, who helped with the ferry bookings and before we travelled with anything else we needed. Lovely holiday despite the rain ☔ will be booking again. Thank you.

It was a lovely quiet location a short walk to the pools and beach (although a steep walk to the beach). Staff in the resort were very friendly and the restaurant was great. Not far from the ferry port and easy to get around from this location. We recommend the Propeller Pub and Culver Inn.
