This is a hidden gem in Brighton. Very clean, comfortable and cozy. The view from the property is lovely and I would have stayed a bit longer had I known how wonderful a stay we were going to have. We will certainly be back. One item to note, there are many, many stairs in order to access the property, so not appropriate for any one with mobility issues. And next time we know to keep the luggage a bit lighter. Maria was a wonderful host, easy to contact.

The view is just amazing. I had to work for a few hours each morning and comfortably set up at the dining table. Easy to pop into Kemptown for pastries and coffee and the walk to bars and town was quick and enjoyable. Location is everything and it was quiet and relaxing too. The bed is comfy, and the kitchen has everything we needed. We are 100% coming back and look forward to staying here again, we’ve booked it already!
