The Winnock is the oldest Hotel in the UK. It was full of character and charm. The location was perfect for exploring the Trossachs. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The beds were very clean, with new mattress envelopes on each bed. The Hotel bar had a great dinner and friendly service. The entertainment was really very good, a great way to spend a Friday night in the Scottish countryside! The roaring fireplace was perfect to warm up after a long hike .

I struck gold booking this property. Such a warm welcome from Carolyn, the host. The room was spotless and comfortable, and breakfast was hearty but healthy. I would 100 % recommend this accommodation. Thank you to Carolyn and her family for making this tired walker welcome

It was a lovely spacious accommodation and had more quirks and perks that we got round to finding during our busy 2 days family trip. I loved the space and the location which was one the Buchanan estate which had a lovely castle ruin which was fun to explore.

Room size was decent for a family of three. There were black out blinds to help my baby sleep and good water pressure in the shower.

The cottage is in a perfect, peaceful setting and is so clean, spacious and very well-equipped. The owners are so friendly and helpful. As a family, we thoroughly enjoyed relaxing walks, seeing the farm animals, and had lots of New Year's Day fun in the snow sledging and building snowmen! We would most definitely highly recommend Craigievern Cottage for a relaxing break. 10/10 from us all!

What a peaceful and blissful stay! Great cottages - we stayed in Oak and Birch as two families of four. Well equipped and comfortable - more spacious than the pictures too. Martin, the manager, could not have done more to help us! Hot tubs with amazing views were incredible, bbq, children’s playground and games hall as well as football field and tennis court (although a little dated) to come back to each day. The surrounding area is amazing with so much to do - hiking, kayaking, boating. Definitely will be back!
