Everything. Usually stay in Keswick town but decided on a change and so glad we ended up here. The hotel is decorated in perfect style, quite decadent, lovely snug and lounge area to see the views. Walks close by and Keswick ten minutes away by car. The hotel is dog friendly and there were a lot of dogs. Doesn't matter to me but to anyone not that keen the dogs go in the dining areas as I know friends of mine would not stay there for this reason , but a perfect spot for the many dog lovers. Lovely to lay in bed and have a beautiful view 😊my room was smallish but honestly big enough as really, how big does one need? 🤷🏼‍♀️

Amazing location right in the heart of Keswick. It was quiet, with very comfortable beds. Much bigger than we expected, and incredibly kind hosts. I'll for sure be back in the future!

You will be lucky if you can find a better hotel in Keswick. Spotlessly clean, great facilities and attention to even the smallest details. A wonderfully comfortable bed and a great breakfast. The owners are lovely, friendly hosts to whom nothing is too much trouble. Cannot recommend this hotel enough, you will not be disappointed.

Simon and Lorna are super nice people. They always try to do everything for us. Gave as so many information where to go and how to get there. Every day you could choose your breakfast from their menu and the portions are huge, also there are cereals and other snacks for later. They also were so nice to our dog. Really recommend to go here for your trip 🤩 and the area is stunning!

我是圣诞节期间过去的，由于没有什么房客，房主将我的房间升级为了带独立卫浴的房间。 房间真的很不错，在房间就能看到湖景，我有一天早上看到了日出，真的很美。十分干净，里面有很多精致、有当地特色的东西。我在离开前特意去买了同款杯垫带回家。 房间包含早餐，可以提前自己选择。早餐都是主要采用的当地的食材，很不错，房主的手艺也很不错。而且每次吃早餐都有小的惊喜，比如圣诞节准备了cracker。 此外，一楼还提供了很多关于当地旅游的一些信息，很全面。

Stayed for three nights and I would do it again. Breakfast is delicious and generous, Gary + Sue are delightful and helpful, very comfortable well-kept home! Highly recommended. The location is a ~20 min walk from town, which was perfect for me as I didn't want to be right in the centre, very quiet and tranquil. There's a bus stop right in front of the property too from Penrith train station, really convenient.
