Loved our stay it’s the second time we have visited. We stayed in a pod the first time back in October which we really enjoyed the upgraded to the elite pod for our second stay. We had to amend our booking from two nights to one night due to a family bereavement. Staff was amazing compassionate and so helpful nothing was an issue amended my booking with no stress. Fantastic definitely will be returning for a third time with my son and going to upgrade again to the side entrance pods next time. Amazing getaway highly recommend

Victoria is an extremely lovely host. She was very helpful and made sure I was informed about any changes to my booking via text message and email. The shower pressure was top notch, for those who like a roaring hot high pressure shower first thing in the morning. The view of the river from my window was gorgeous and the area is very quiet and peaceful. The pub across the river was a bonus and the bus stop opposite the pub got me in and out of King's Lynn (for those without transport).

Loved the little touches; comfy bed; excellent location for us, close to family who live nearby; very helpful and attentive hosts who dealt quickly with a small issue we had with gaining entry as the expected automated email with instructions hadn't come through

Great location around the lake. Nice use of space and both restaurant options were unique and served generous portions. The value for money here is really impressive and the staff were really friendly. Our young family had a great stay. The kids loved the hot tub and the lake and we felt welcome in all of the communal areas. The cabin was stylish and well situated on the park for our needs.

Exceptionally clean, great hosts who added personal touches, for example, sent list of local attractions and places to eat. Child friendly, good garden, room spacious and a fan in the room was appreciated (hot). Breakfast was one of the best we have had for. B & B. Particularly liked the fresh tomato and mushrooms instead of tinned! Meat locally sourced too. Would definitely recommend.

The layout of the pods suggest a great base for meeting other families …. However this is not the case!!! Site have a no noise after 10pm policy however they refer to this as a curfew which is totally different! Guests are not allowed to have fun and mix with other families they have to be inside their tiny pod by 10pm!! If this is the case the owners should state this so families are aware. However I don’t know of anyone who would want to holiday like this!
