The location is superb! Just around the corner from Russell Square underground station. Super easy to find in an amazing neighborhood. We were happily and warmly greeted by John who showed us around the property. The room was perfect! Warm and cozy. Little fridge, stove, microwave and everything you need to prepare your own meals! There's a laundry room where all you need to have is detergent/pods and you are good to go! Everything was brand new and it looked like the the whole place had recently been remodeled. I believe we could not have asked for more!

The hotels location was ideal, offering multiple shops, restaurants and Christmas's market within walking distance. The aesthetic of the hotel were beautiful. Beautiful large room, immaculate throughout, fluffy robes, stunning indoors heated pool, amazing Afternoon Tea, polite and helpful staff, great range of high quality and well priced food choices, high spec gym, fantastic location just opposite the underground and with loads of restaurants and bars around. Great care for kids and a personalised welcome. Loved it.
