Location. Modern décor and style. Spacious. Good TV and WIFI. View from the upper room. Excellent kitchen appliances, equipment and crockery. Super bathroom fittings. Comfortable sofa. Handy vacuum. Smart speaker was a good idea. When we'd worked out how to operate the radiators (central heating) the rooms were warm and cozy. It is a beautiful building. Half a pint of milk in the fridge and chocolate teacakes!

Very clean and everything felt new and tasteful ! Very quiet location with lovely sun capturing garden! Master bedroom small with double bed! Washing machine only - no dryer! Don’t know how that works in the winter, but it was fine for us!! Highly recommend! 🙏

We were situated in a lovely spot just minutes away from gorgeous coastal walks - 25mins from Anstruther by foot and 30mins from St Monan's. The house was spotless and had everything that we needed. It was exactly as described. The digital guidebook that was provided by the small business that manages the property was spot-on and a really helpful addition. I would return to this property again and would certainly consider staying in properties managed by Guide Us Breaks.

This is not a cookie cutter hotel-type accommodation, but a unique opportunity to stay in a historic cottage. Pittenweem is a beautiful village and this property is the perfect place from which to explore this special area of Fife. The heating is lovely, the showers are excellent, Ave the kitchen is well equipped.
