Awesome stay ! The hotel offers a pick-up and drop-off service to the airport or the port; they were super flexible as we had delays in our ferry due to weather conditions The services at the hotel are great ! Reception is perfect (24/7) with lots of suggestions on restaurants, visits, beaches, car rental or arrangement of transfer or taxi services if needed The breakfast is just what you need, rooms are very clean, big (beds are very comfortable) and every room is separate so very private with a cosy terrasse The pool is open until late (9pm) which usually is not the case in all hotels, it is very clean; there is a bar service and they serve (good) food at the restaurant all day until 10pm !

Georges was a great host. On our arrival, he handed us the keys and showed us around. The property is very clean and confortable. The location is quiet, calm and peaceful. It is preferred to rent a car to have access to the city center (around 10mins by car). I 100% recommand this property and will definitely come back! Thank you Georges ☺️

Everything! The team (Maria and Mario), their carrying, their service, their hospitality, their smile !! If you want to enjoy Mykanos and discover beaches, places... , the Ciel suites location is excellent! The swimming pool arena is great! You can see the beautiful sunset from the pool. A very good place for couple and for families (big and very clean rooms - cleaned every day!) The rooms are well equiped and large. Bottom line - An EXCELLENT choice.

They came to pick us up from the airport and gave us a brief description of the area around the apartment. On our last day, they also accompanied us to the airport. The room was amazing 🤩 . The views from the terrace are undescribable, just spectacular. The room was clean and well equipped with kitchen utensils. Mykonos town is just a short walk from the apartment.

Elena is a very good communicator and a pleasure to deal with throughout. The villa was perfect for the group of our size (2x families with small children. The room is better than we expected based on the photos. We really enjoyed here our first family vacation abroad with our 1 year old little boy. The staff is very kind, we received special attention. I highly recommend this hotel for families with little children.
