One night in Hvar to celebrate 10 year wedding anniversary. The hotel knew this, upgraded us, added in a bottle of bubbles and treated us with top service. The guys on front desk / running the place were the most service-minded I have met in hospitality for a long time. Our room was beautiful (book the best room there if you can) and the breakfast was also great. Small hotel in the backstreets of Hvar, no large common areas, just a breakfast / restaurant area, but this is all you need. It’s almost directly behind the Riva main marina harbour front and up a lot of stairs, so very central. If you want a central place to stay to enjoy Hvar and have comfortable, quiet rooms with excellent service then book!

I can never praise the experience at Apartments Bocin Rosso too much. It is so conveniently located, right next to the center of Hvar town and Havor Harbour(some steps to climb though) The view from the balcony is breathtaking. I can have a bird eye view of the whole town and the crystal blue sea without stepping out of the room! The host is also considerate--before I checked in, she turned on the air conditioner to make sure the room is cool when I arrived. She made helpful recommendations for my stay in Hvar, and also helped me do some laundry. So when you see the room is available, do not hesitate to book!
