The location is amazing, 10 minutes out from Matamata surrounded by beautiful mountain and farmland scenery. Brenda was very welcoming and friendly. Her cat even more so! The bed was to die for and it was lovely to relax in the hot tub in the evening. My daughter loved the garden with the play equipment and little Hobbit hole. Great location to go to Hobbiton and Tauranga.

It was so comfortable & because we had teenagers the pool table was used until they got too tired to stay up A small reserve area next to the property gave those that vaped somewhere to go for a walk & vape.
