We were flying in with two very small children in the morning for an afternoon funeral. We were worried what to do about lunchtime naps but the hotel were very obliging and let us have an early check-in. This was an absolute lifesaver! The location was perfect with an entrance on lampton quay right next to Farmers.

Great service, room was tidy, accomodating, friendly staff and a great breakfast served post Beervana dbl sessions... what more could we ask for, we really enjoyed the stay. Also noted that they have a great room dedicated to young travellers fun and play - our kids have grown now but that area would have been absolutely ideal when we were traveling as a younger family.

Great location. We wanted to go to Te Papa and were able to leave our car there after checkout so we didnt need to pay additional for parking. Great facilities but my kids ate sausage rolls and no dustpan for me to clean up. I hate leaving mess for others to clean. Very family friendly

This motel saved us from a long journey at the last minute! We drove down from the North Island for hours and our ferry was delayed with 3 small children so I quickly booked and they had one room left. Price was reasonable and the room was so clean and cosy plus really spacious. The swimming pool was great for our big family to jump in after a long day aswell. The owner was so kind and helpful. Beautiful stay will definitely return!
