Very good hotel to stay in Istanbul either for long or short trip. All of the personnel speaks English which is a breakthrew for Istanbul hotels Location is perfect, 5 minutes on foot to pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants, 10 minutes on foot for Nautilus mall which have pretty much everything you may need. 15 Minutues by car to one of the best Istanbul malls - Akasya AVM. Yes, you can stay with your dog, free of charge, there is a small park nearby where you can have a walk with it. You can find a car parking at a hotel basement, so you can park your car without an issue. Tooth paste, tooth brush, skin cream, shampoo, shower gell - all included, and the quality is nice! Rooms are perfect - very clean with a fresh interior and fresh samsung TVs. The friend of mine took a standard room - and we've find out that guests are allowed to smoke in a standard rooms. For someone that's a good point for someone may be not. Anyway - everything is fine with it, there was no tobacco smell or smth in that room, but if you care like I do - take a little bit more expensive room, where guests will not be allowed to smoke. It is worth every penny. Breakfasts are good, menu is updated every day

Literature Everything. We LOVED everything. We HIGHLY recommend this hotel, we are definitely coming back and I wouldn't and couldn't recommend another hotel in Istanbul. I know everyone wants to stay on the European side, but we tried both and the Asian side is where it's at (and where this hotel is). Honestly, you really can't go wrong with anything owned by Emaar (we've stayed at one on the North Coast in Egypt as well - Al Alamein Hotel, that was special too) but this particular hotel in Istanbul is easily our favorite hotel... ever. Include all the countries we've been to, all the 5 star hotels we've stayed at, this one takes the cake. Here's why: - the staff. Everyone was extremely pleasant and kind and helpful. Saina at the front desk who checked us in with Yesim, Gulistan at the front desk who checked us out, and Ozgur who greeted us from the beginning to the end and everything in between, and called taxis for us (many times) until we finally got someone who wanted to take us wherever - they were all extremely helpful and kind to us. Example: my wife needed a "personal" ladies spa treatment done that was not offered at the hotel on the day she needed it done (it was a busy weekend), and Saina and Yesim helped her find a nearby spa and Yesim literally helped my wife whatsapp the only Turkish-speaking spa owner and schedule an appointment, negotiate a price, received directions, and gave her her own number so that Yesim can help with the communication in case my wife needed it when she got to the salon. This is above and beyond - especially since my wife's ask was quite personal and not something someone else takes care of for you. My wife came back extremely happy with the treatment received and was grateful for Yesim. Saina was always around when we needed her, even the second Ozgur brought us our bags and hailed our taxi, she brought us water for the literal 2 minutes we were waiting AFTER we checked out.

Been to many 5/7 star hotels, but one thing that out stood everything was the staff service. i and my family literally felt like home. Every staff member is so well trained in delivering what they do best. Everything was great! Room service, room facilities, Spa and other extra facilities, Breakfast and much more. And OH MY GOD their food menu is So So So Good!!! literally the best! I can’t believe i am gone now, but i am going to miss some of the staff members that literally touched my heart including Emir, Anil and Erim. 🥺 They helped us every single day in finding a taxi, in ordering food as everything was in turkish and we couldn’t place any order, suggested some amazing places to visit, and most important of all showed so much love towards my 18month old son. 🥰 i have attached a photo to show how much love they showed towards my son. That’s Anil holding my baby. Literally most of the staff members would do that while i would be busy doing something in the lobby. I am literally going to miss them especially the ones mentioned earlier. This is the ideal place to stay and feel home in a luxurious way! Thankyou for having us.

The best hotel experience ever. I travel a lot and so far nothing compares, with my stay at Radisson Residence Vadistan. The way I was greeted from the very first moment was a special and warm. Warm Turkish people melted my heart. Cab driver dropped us at the Collection instead of Residence. As I arrived immobile, didn’t know where I am and what to do. A 2 minutes latter a bell boy Mr. Oktay, Hero on a golf cart with a wheelchair for me. He smiles, he says “Welcome my dear friend” and life is better. Oktay a first greeter and hotels front line. Receptionists ready for me. Check in smoothest ever. No stress related to registration nor payment. English level skills above any expectation. As you come to a new country ill, full of fears, what else you may wish besides your health, but to be welcomed and feel like home. These people made me feel like home. Breakfast: as we are entering, waiters are setting table for wheelchair, very discreet, helpful. As I enjoy the view, my orange juice, water and coffee is ready. As I’m finishing breakfast platter of dried fruit and nuts is on my table. Wet wipes. Hakan and Aref (sorry if I misspelled names) every morning brought smile to my face helping me to better recovery. Discretely approaching our table Mrs. Ikram, from Guest Relations , asking how I am doing. Wishing me to get well soon. Very patient, polite, young women. She said I can count on her if I need anything that she can help me to get better and to feel at home. Our morning talks were highlight of my stay. Room cleaning service unbelievable. My main housekeeper Mercan and hear teammates Emran (there was one more person) are superb. Each time they do something special for me, so I knew it was them. I can tell each time they were off and someone else was taking care of room. “Thank you, card,” pleased them so much so they took picture of it. Flawless stay. location of the hotel and apartment set up are outstanding.

It is a great location! Just in the new center, very close to all the cafes and shops. We were renting 3 apartments with several families and all apartments were great! spacious, clean, with all you need! Including baby crib, baby high chair. We were helped with our luggage, someone was always online to help with any questions. We requested additional router for our baby monitor and we got it in the same day! The best service ever!

good Location for sightseeing - Süleymaniye Mosque is just 5-10 Mins walking away and even other Locations can easily be reached by walking like Aya Sofya, Blue Mosque etc. Compared to other Hotels price was reasonable and affordable. We were a family with 2 little children and a baby and they allowed us to sleep in the 3 bed room, what was perfect and enough for us, without any additional costs.

Very family friendly location with the park across the road and the walking trail by the water. As a family with young children we used the park and trail twice a day for the kids. The complimentary shuttle service is also very convenient. The staff are fantastic, very friendly and helpful. I would strongly recommend this hotel.

Went for family holiday. Travelled with my 2 children, I enjoyed the small children's play area in the hotel. IT was easy to keep the kids busy after breakfast and for them to blow off some steam. Room is very comfortable and spacious it is also a new facility so everything is nice and clean. I would stay again and give it a 8/10.
