Location was perfect! House had everything you need. We cooked several meals and really felt like we didn't need any additional housewares. The beach wagon, chairs and towels were an added bonus. There were games and multiple tvs, and a hangout space with a foosball and poker table as well as a private backyard with a patio table. I could move in and be happy forever:) I'm looking to rent again next spring
