The upgraded appartment was excellent. The reception staff when they realised a mistake had been made with our booking handled the situation in a very apologetic, polite and professional manner. Despite our initial disappointment their efforts were very welcome and appricated by us. They are a credit to their workplace.

The elegant rooms at the Vincci Selección La Plantación del Sur have a balcony and sea views. They include an interactive flat-screen TV, and a separate hydromassage shower and bath. Spacious room, very nice amenities, good cleaning service for the room (several times per day), spectacular views towards the ocean and Gomera, excellent hotel location, in a quiet area (very good to have it in Tenerife these days), very nice pool area (several pools, some of them heated) and pool bar (thanks Justin for the drink service), excellent restaurants (thanks Ana-Maria, Luis and Jose Luis for a very good and discrete service) with a good variety of foods and wines, nice and very useful reception service (thank you, Cristina!), spacious underground parking. Not the first time in Tenerife and all in all I can say that this hotel is probably one of the best on the island and fully deserves its stars.

Hotel Botanico y Oriental Spa Garden offers 3 outdoor pools and luxurious accommodation set in attractive gardens, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and Mount Teide. Free unlimited spa access is included for all guests over 16 years old. High standard hotel, relaxing atmosphere, friendly and supportive staff, excellent location, grocery store around the corner, a few very good restaurants for a decent price very close to the hotel. Outdoor swimming pool is very nice. Breakfast was great with high variety of food.

Apartamento ohana has a balcony and is located in Puerto de Santiago, within just 500 metres of Puerto Santiago Beach and less than 1 km of Playa de Santiago. This beachfront property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. The property is non-smoking and is situated a few steps from La Arena Beach. Wonderful Appartement close to the beach. We stayed just one night, but for the future we will try to stay longer in this Appartement. Everything was clean and prepared for us. You have nice balcony and side view to the sea. You need no more than 5 minutes to the beach. Our recommendation for sure!
