The staff was very friendly, the two pools are great (they provide pooltowels), breakfast is delicious. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. We had an upgrade for 1 night, which was the best gift ever for us! Thank you! 10 minutes walking distance to the center, but you can also rent a scooter on site. Very nice surroundings.

Free WiFi and 24-hour room service are available in all areas. I’m well traveled but Bali people stand out, everyone was very pleasant. The villa was spacious and very clean with lots of extras. Everyone is just so nice.

The location of the hotel along a very pretty side street meant that it was very quiet and gave you the sense of being in the middle of nowhere rather than in the heart of what has become a very popular tourist destination. From the reception area, to the rooms, the verandas, the pools and yoga area and the hotel restaurant, everything has been designed with guest comfort and guest experience in mind. This was a return visit, having stayed two weeks beforehand between a visit to Pemuteran, and we were treated so kindly on our return with a personalised bottle of wine waiting for us in our room, which had been upgraded to pool view as my elderly mother had struggled with the stairs leading down the garden view room we had stayed in at the beginning of our visit to Bali. We have been to Bali many times over the past twenty years and this has to be one of the best places we have stayed considering how affordable it was. The staff are to be commended. They are all seem very well trained not only in their own roles, but give a sense of being aware of the importance of guest relations. The restaurant menu is incredibly varied and healthy and room service is available. Unfortunately we didn’t get the chance to try the spa, but the spa menu looked incredible. Even our driver to the airport made the last 90 minutes of our time in Bali interesting with his lovely chit-chat and insights into how Bali is evolving. We would definitely stays here time and time again.
