The staff were very friendly and took care of every need of ours .The management had thought of every detail for their guest. They also had cookies for our tea in our room. The decore and esthetics of the house were very tastefully done. We had breakfast with the owner who was very humble and kind and shared his story and experiences. The breakfast was amazing prepared by great cooks. The location was great as we walked to Sukhna Lake from anchorage and also the rock garden was close by. Chandigarh is a very organized city and we loved our stay. Wish we had a couple more days .

I would like to start my review especially about Manager Adhithyen Gurumoorthy who helped us a lot . Unfortunately I got sick on the first evening he personally called the doctor promptly and on doctor advice ambulance was called and he briefed the night staff to keep check on me and get me back on doctors advise. We were really impressed with his professionalism and customer services. Rest everything was good. Room was spacious, breakfast was delicious with huge variety of options.

Hyatt Regency Chandigarh is centrally located. Rooms and suites have a view of the Elante Mall and courtyard. Feautring minibar, a smart TV, a separate shower cubicle, a bathtub and some rooms featuring a balcony. Free Wi-Fi is provided in all rooms. It’s was superb and service was excellent. I must say staff there goes beyond and above for there guest.

Complimentary parking spaces are provided. The hotel was clean, staff were friendly and helpful, the food was good, room was clean, bright, and the bed was super comfortable. The shower was good with constant hot water and good pressure. A very comfortable and pleasant stay.
