It felt like we were staying with friends! The host family gave us great recommendations for hikes and made us a delicious breakfast each morning. The view from the bedroom window was gorgeous and falling asleep to the sound of the river was so peaceful. 10/10 would stay again.

Very friendly host, she gave perfect directions on phone how to reach the place when navigation failed to find it. Very tidy room, comfortable beds, bathroom fully equipped with shower gel and shampoo included. Perfect view both on valley and mountain pass when sitting on the balcony. Excellent breakfast, continental but still sufficient until lunch. Milk was warm, coffee aromatic. Tasty bread, fresh croissants. Very stylish dining room. If you arrive late, there is still an option to go get excellent meal in the restaurant down in the village Trins. The most tasty Weizenbeer I've ever had (normally I'm not a friend of this drink).

The accommodation was great! Beautiful, quiet location, with a great view of the mountains right from the bed. Lovely owners who willingly deliver wonderful homemade butter, milk, pastries... Not only for children, there is a possibility to visit the stables with farm animals, which is part of the house. The accommodation is designed as residential units on the second and third floor. On the second floor the rooms and kitchen are connected by a common corridor, balconies connect all rooms. The kitchen is fully equipped, nothing is missing, it includes a separate dining room. The beds were too soft for us, but nothing major. All the equipment was of good quality. The house was clean. The house is about 15 minutes from the Stubai Gletcher ski resort, which offers countless slopes - for advanced riders and for learning children. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and relaxed thanks to the quiet, lovely surroundings. Thank you.

Excellent location, fully surrounded by nature, quiet and peaceful during both day and night. Extremely tasty and diverse breakfast with fresh local products (delicious eggs, speck, yoghurt, jam and apple juice), very clean and nicely-decorated rooms, equipped with all facilities, comfy bed, great view from the balcony. The property also offers free parking and a spacious ski room. The accommodation is perfect for nature lovers, as there are many activities to do in the Stubai valley, in both summer and winter and suitable for families with children, couples and single travelers. Bettina and Franz are some of the friendliest, politest and most caring hosts we have ever met and due to them, you can really feel like you are part of the family. You also get the chance to learn a lot about the local farming and agriculture and even spend time with the animals from the farm, so it's a much more enriching experience compared to a traditional B&B. Would definitely love to come back!
